PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Village of Lincoln – Zoning Ordinance Amendment
The Village of Lincoln Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on December 28, 2022 at 7 p.m. to recommend adoption of zoning ordinance amendments to the Village Council. The public hearing will be held at the Lincoln Village Offices at 117 W. Fiske Street, Lincoln, Michigan. Written comments may be sent to the above address prior to the meeting. The public may appear at the public hearing in person or by counsel. The full zoning ordinance and the full text of the amendments can be found at https://www.lincolnmi.com. The proposed amendments are as follows: Amend Section 4.0 (Table of Permitted and Special Land Uses) to allow townhouses and condominium units as a permitted use in the B-1 District.
